Hi, I’m Tarveen

A little about myself

The need to self-express has always been innate in me. Even as a child, I often spent countless hours drowning in artistic pursuits to feel the beauty of creating something that held personal meaning to me and brought joy to others. From drawing & sketching to painting shoes and t-shirts for friends, my passions followed me and I never let go of them. Although sharing my talents with others brought me much happiness, I never imagined of using them as a means to an end. Today, after having graduated with a Bachelor in Pharmacy and an MBA in marketing, in addition to having dabbed in several types of professional experience, I can confidently say that my true heart’s calling still lies amongst the pieces of art I created decades ago. This sudden moment of realization made me think of Steve Job’s quote:
“I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: ‘If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?’ And whenever the answer has been ‘No’ for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.”
And thus, I did.
